Mr. Hall was born January 29, 1948, at Jimtown, the son of Jimmy Lou and Betty Jean Smith Hall, and died July 11, 1993, as a result of injuries received in an auto accident.
A resident of Love County all of his life, Mr. Hall graduated from Turner High School in 1966 and attended Murray State College, Tishomingo. A Sergeant in the U.S. Army, he was a veteran of the Vietnam War. Mr. Hall had been employed as a foreman for a number of ranches in Texas and Oklahoma. He was also a farmer and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his father and step-mother, Jimmy Lou and Lillian Hall of Jimtown; a son, Josh Hall of Marietta; a daughter, Becky Hall of Ardmore; a brother, Luke Hall of Jimtown; a niece and nephew; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Mr. Hall was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Jean Hall, on September 12, 1991.
Interment in the Jimtown Cemetery was under the direction of the Anderson-Kennedy Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were Raymond White,
Howard White, Jr., Mike White, Brian Ladner, Johnny Perdue, and
Donnie Heiderich.
