Child of Emma (Strange) and James A. Fleming.

This child was not listed on any of the burial lists for the cemetery but has been documented to be buried in the cemetery.

Survey of the cemetery June 11, 2009 found no tombstone for this child but there are many unmarked slate stones, many burial stakes and burial rocks in this cemetery.

Sources for this child's birth/death/burial: 1. Book, "History of Marsden Baptist Church" by Pastor Dwight Hawkins and Judith Hawkins, 1992. Narrative on Fleming family submitted for book by Cloma (Fleming) Ellis youngest daughter of James Andrew and Emma E. (Strange) Fleming listed three unnamed children buried in the Gordon Cemetery. 2. Records kept by Emma Estell (Strange) Fleming, mother of the three children buried in the Gordon Cemetery, shared by Joyce Hodgson, July 2009, provided names, birth and death information on all three children buried in the Gordon Cemetery.
