Wyatt Luke Cavitt, the infant son of Chance Taylor and Emily Caroline (Kasper) Cavitt was born on Thanksgiving Day, November 28, 2024. He left his earthly world after a brief and courageous fight on Saturday, November 30, 2024.

Wyatt was a born fighter and came into being before his body was ready. He had a big sister who was ready as well, and she had a good friend named Stitch that was going to be the best of friends with him.

Although Wyatt didn't get to spend any time with his sister and family, there are two men that welcomed him to heaven with open arms; his grandfather, Lonnie Cavitt, Jr. and his Papa, Willy Gaines.

Cherishing the short amount of time Wyatt had with them are his parents, Chance and Emily Cavitt of the home; sister, Jaselyn Eve Cavitt of the home; grandparents, David Elgin and Pamela Ruth Kasper of Prairie Village, KS, and his Mimi, Christy Gaines of Madill, OK; great-grandmother, Christine Hughes of Marietta; uncles, Jon Kasper and Lydia Nichols of Seattle, WA, and Chase Cavitt and wife Kara of Loves Valley, OK; cousins, Kash Matthews, Memphis Matthews and Haven Matthews; and many extended family members.

A celebration of Wyatt's life will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, December 6, 2024, at the Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home Chapel with Lawrence Anderson officiating and Chase Cavitt assisting. Interment will follow at the Burneyville Cemetery.

Serving as casket bearers will be Wyatt's uncles, Jon Kasper and Chase Cavitt.
