Interment followed in the Bourland-Belleville Cemetery, Courtney.
Born April 1, 1921 at Petersburg, the daughter of P.G. and Ruby
Longest Hogue, her heavenly father called her home Saturday,
November 9, 2013 in The Lake Country Nursing Center, Marietta.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her
parents; three sisters, Leoda Davis, Roberta Atkins and Virginia
May; and a brother, Duane Hogue.
Survivors include her children, Marquita Evans of Ringling and Haskell and Brenda Blankenship of Tyler, Texas; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; three sisters, Rebecca Atkins of Henrietta, Texas, Roxanna Cox of Bridgeport, Texas and Carra Sue Davis of Ardmore and many nieces and nephews Aunt “Monie” loved dearly.
The family suggests memorials be made to Marietta’s First Baptist
Church Building Fund.

Blankenship as my Mother counted her as one of her best friends.
