Mary Jo Smith passed away on Friday, April 21, 2006 in the Resthaven Nursing Home at the age of 53 years.

The daughter of the late Robert and Wilma Smith, Mary Jo was born on February 20, 1953 in Edmond, OK and was reared in the Guthrie Community.

She has lived in Cushing for the past 14 years with her sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Jim Stewart.

In addition to Donna and Jim she is survived by three sisters, Roberta Greenwell of Guthrie, Maxine Morton and her husband Wylie of Edmond and Wilma Rose and her husband Jim of Enid; two brothers, Robert Smith and his wife Retia and Leonard Smith and his wife Francis all of Guthrie; 14 nieces and nephews; 26 great-nieces and nephews and two great-great nieces and other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, April 24, 2006 at 3 P.M. at the Summit View Cemetery at Guthrie with Reverend Larry Huff, pastor of the Full Gospel Assembly of God Church, officiating.
