Ramona D. Pierce

November 11, 1933 - November 17, 2016

Ramona D. Pierce of Granbury, Texas passed away on November 17, 2016 after a long battle with Alzheimers.

Ramona was born on November 11, 1933 in Sulphur, Oklahoma to Raymond and Winnefred Webb. She married C. Richard Pierce in Raton, N.M. on November 11, 1953.

Richard preceded her in death after 43 years of marriage. She was also preceded in death by her parents, one son, Richard Dale Waner and sister, Marilyn Walter.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Elden and Shirley Waner, of Guthrie, Oklahoma; one daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly and Michael Teague, of Granbury, Texas; four grandchildren, Susan Savory, Carla Brown, Justin Mays and Kristy Hiller; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Smith-Gallo Funeral Home on Saturday, November 19, 2016 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. followed by graveside services at 11:00 a.m. at Summit View Cemetery.

Services are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie.
