Funeral services for Deborah Jean Kennedy, 57, of Guthrie, OK will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 24, 2012 at Smith Memorial Chapel with Pastor Bill Williams of Community Church officiating. Interment will follow at Summit View Cemetery, Guthrie. Services are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie.
Deborah was born on November 12, 1954 in Marshall, OK to Billy John and Ruth (Niece) Meyer. She passed away Monday, August 20, 2012 in Guthrie.
Deborah married David Kennedy on September 7, 1974 in Guthrie. She was a legal secretary for many years, as well as a homemaker.
She is survived by her parents Billy John and Ruth Meyer; husband David Kennedy; three daughters Carrie Amber Kennedy, Courtney Brooke Ramondetta, and Desiree Nicole Burkert-Kennedy; and eight grandchildren Forrest, Jayke, Madison, Paige, Maya, Jordan, Ella, and Hallie.
Deborah is preceded in death by her brother James Michael Meyer and grandson Gavin.
At the family’s request, the casket will not be open at any time.
