Funeral services for Cora Anne Huffer, 97, of Harrah will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 5, 2003 at Smith Memorial Chapel in Guthrie with Dr. Rick Sowell of Choctaw Road Baptist Church of Choctaw officiating. Burial will follow in Summit View Cemetery in Guthrie under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
Cora was born Sept. 10, 1905 in Russell Springs, Ken. to Fountain and Frasia Ellen Dickson. She died Friday, Feb. 28, 2003 at Wolfe Living Center in Harrah.
Cora was a member of the First Baptist Church of Guthrie, the Home Extension Club, Div. 1, the Flower and Garden Club and Guthrie Chapter No. 12 of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Suvivors include her son Billy Joe Huffer and wife Sue of Harrah; one brother, Rueben Dickson of Owasso; three sisters, Mary Park of Guthrie, Flora Belle Mayes of Perry and Leone Hipsley of Chandler; two grandsons, Brett Huffer and wife Teresa of Guthrie and Brian Huffer of Oklahoma CIty; and one great-granddaughter, Karlie Brooke Huffer.
Visitation for family and friends will take place Tuesday until 8 p.m.
