Donald Ray Hudson

Born: September 21, 1945
Died: June 14, 2010

Funeral services for Donald Ray Hudson, 64, of Guthrie, OK will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 17, 2010 at Smith Memorial Chapel with Minister Don Riepe of Guthrie Christian Church officiating. Interment will follow at Summit View Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie.

Don was born on September 21, 1945 in Guthrie to J. Price and Nellymae (Mater) Hudson. He passed away on Monday, June 14, 2010 in Oklahoma City, OK.

Don served six years in the U.S. Army receiving two Purple Hearts and a Combat Infantry Badge and was a member of the Disabled American Veterans and Veterans of Foreign Wars. He loved the outdoors and especially loved to fish and hunt.

He is survived by three sons John Hudson and wife Billie of Coyle, OK, Donald Hudson of Fayetteville, AR, and Richard Harlow of Stillwater, OK; one sister Janie Rogers and husband Pete of Bixby, OK; and five grandchildren.

Don is preceded in death by his parents and one brother Tracy Hudson.

Visitation will be held at Smith-Gallo Funeral Home on Wednesday, 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
