Funeral services for Darlene Luella Hildabrand, 60, of Guthrie will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 22, 2002 at Bible Baptist Church in Guthrie with the Rev. Gene Jones and the Rev. Ron Nelson officiating. Burial will follow in Summit View Cemetery under the direction of Davis Funeral Home.
Hildabrand was born October 4, 1941 in Guthrie to Paul and Marlena (Kelly) Nelson. She died Tuesday, June 18, 2002 at Edmond Medical Center.
Darlene had lived in Guthrie all of her life. She was a member of the Full Gospel Church of God.
She married Clifton Hildabrand on April 28, 1984 in Guthrie. He preceded her in death on October 23, 1994.
She was also preceded in death by her father, Paul Nelson, and one brother, Richard Nelson.
Survivors include her mother, Marlene McClure Phillips and husband Johnny of Guthrie; six children, Jeff White and wife Emily of Edmond, Mike White and wife Beverly of Beaver, Pat White, Gayla Wilbur and Curtis Ford and wife Betty, all of Guthrie, and Darla Catlin and husband Jerry of Del City; four sisters, Dolores Crist and husband Charles, Irene Jones and husband Arnold, Sueann Countess and husband Allen and Carol Nelson, all of Guthrie, four brothers, Ronald Nelson and wife Dianne of Binger, David Nelson and wife Brenda and Justin Nelson and wife Tina, all of Jones, and Eddie Nelson and wife Terry of Mustang; 15 great-grandchildren.
