Donald Romaine Gummow
Born: December 11, 1930
Died: December 12, 2012

Donald R. Gummow was born on December 11, 1930 in Guthrie, OK to Carl and Edna (Dunham) Gummow. He died December 12, 2012.

Don was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Patty Amerine. Don married Lee Snyder in 1950.

Survivors include his wife, Lee; his daughter, Terry Knight and husband Jim; his son, Donnie Gummow and wife Margaret; four grandchildren: Enid Bremer, Joshua Knight, Daniel Gummow, and Katie Atkins; and three great-grandchildren: twin boys Ethan and Deylan Bremer, and Emma Bremer.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at Summit View Cemetery with Pastor Scott Foster officiating. Services are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, for cancer research, 825 Northeast 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73104-5097 or the First United Presbyterian Church, 102 East Noble Avenue, Guthrie, OK 73044.
