Funeral services for Ada Frances Chadduck, 77, of Guthrie, will be held at the First Christian Church at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2001 with Dr. Dennis E. Clark of the First Christian Church of Guthrie officiating. Burial will be in Summit View Cemetery in Guthrie, directed by Smith Funeral Home of Guthrie.
Ada was born on Aug. 22, 1923 in Crescent, Okla., to Graham and Lena Mize. She died Monday, Feb. 26, 2001 at Logan Hospital and Medical Center in Guthrie.
She was a member of the First Christian Church of Guthrie, and a member of the First Capital Good Sams Club.
She is survived by her husband, Sam, of the home; one daughter, Bonita K. Johnston and her husband, James, of Guthrie; one brother, Leo Mize and his wife, Betty, of Crescent; two grandchildren, Jamie Johnston and wife, April, of Bartlesville, Okla. and Marissa Johnston of Guthrie.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Velma Day; and one brother, Doyle Mize.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m., and Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. until noon.
