Funeral services for Lenore Brooks, 83, of Oklahoma City, were held at Smith Memorial Chapel Monday, Dec. 8 at 3 p.m., Rev. David Nolan of First Baptist Church of Guthrie officiating.
Burial was in Summit View Cemetery, Guthrie, directed by Smith Funeral Home, Guthrie.
Frances was born Dec. 10, 1919, in Perry to Samuel and Etta May Meeks. She died Friday, Dec. 5, 2003, at Deaconess Hospital, Oklahoma City.
She is survived by two daughters Linda Holland, Oklahoma City, and Phyllis Dixon and husband Raymond, Oklahoma City; one brother; Harold Meeks, Stillwater; ten grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband and two sons, Jerry Lee Brooks and Harold Dean Brooks.
