Funeral services for Laura Jane Wiggins, 54, of Guthrie, OK will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 10, 2009 at Smith Memorial Chapel with Chaplain Gene Owen of Companion Hospice officiating. Services are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie.
Laura was born on October 19, 1954 in Guthrie to Claude and Lorraine Jackson. She died Wednesday, October 7, 2009 in Guthrie.
She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and one sister.
Laura is survived by two sons William Patrick Jackson and Tracy Eugene Wiggins and wife Michelle Bowman; one niece Barbara Martin; three grandchildren Nathan, Ethan, and Gabrella Wiggins all of Guthrie; two brothers Allen Jackson and Roland Jackson; one sister Ruby Grefsud; former husband Joel Wiggins; and numerous other family and friends.
Laura worked at Braum’s for three years. She could always put a smile on your face when you went there. She was the greatest mother and granny anyone could ask for and was also a great friend who would do anything for anybody if she could. She is going to be missed very much and will always be in our hearts.
Visitation will be held at Smith-Gallo Funeral Home on Friday, 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
