Paul Michael Fitzpatrick, " Fitz" age 53, of Mulhall, Oklahoma left us on Saturday July 18, 2020. Paul was born April 23, 1967 in Guthrie, Oklahoma to the late Paul and Reba Fitzpatrick.
He was a long-term resident of Mulhall, and graduated from Mulhall-Orlando High School in 1985. He joined the Navy in 1986 and served 4 years. After the Navy he joined the Army National Guard. He also worked for Calvin Mays for several years and then worked for The City of Edmond for the last 27 years. He was with the Mulhall Volunteer Fire Department for 12 years.
He married Shelly Rose in April of 1991 and they had three children during their marriage, Shelby, Garrett, and Logan Fitzpatrick. Paul enjoyed music of all kinds, riding his motorcycle, playing golf, and watching sports. He was a die-hard Raiders fan and Oklahoma State Cowboys fan. He loved his family and believed family came first. His children and granddaughter, RiLynn, who he called his "Precious" were the most important part of his life.
Paul is preceded in death by his parents, Reba (Rosson) Fitzpatrick and Paul George Fitzpatrick as well as two nephews, Elliott Evans and John Killebrew
Paul is survived by his daughter, Shelby Fitzpatrick, and granddaughter RiLynn Lunsford, of Stillwater, Oklahoma, two sons, Paul "Garrett" Fitzpatrick, of Denver, Colorado, and Logan "L.T." Fitzpatrick, of Stillwater, Oklahoma.
He is also survived by his five sisters, Judy Killebrew, of Guthrie, Lynne Rae (Killebrew) and husband, Lee Harvey, of Guthrie, Susan (Killebrew) and husband, Dan Evans, of Mulhall, Kathy (Killebrew) and husband, John Pujat, of Edmond, Oklahoma, and Jean (Killebrew) and husband, Don Shadow, of Tennessee. He is also survived by his brother, John Killebrew and wife Karen, of Chelsea, Oklahoma and by many nieces and nephews
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, July 25, 2020 at the Mulhall School Gymnasium with Chris Stinett officiating.
Interment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery in Mulhall. Services are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held Friday, 3:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. Friends may sign the online guestbook at Smith Gallo Funeral Home
