ENID - Loyd Johnson, 84, was born Nov. 17, 1926, in Moore Prairie, Kan., to Glenn Gay and Ruby Opal (Loyd) Johnson and died Friday, Jan. 7, 2011, in Oklahoma City.
Surviving are son, Charles R. Johnson of Oklahoma City; daughters, Norma Gaye Johnson of Oklahoma City and Jan DeNease Vinyard of Edmond; three grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
Preceded in death by his wife, Naomi, and two brothers.
Funeral 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 10, 2011, at First Baptist Church, Crescent. Burial in Oakland-Knowles Cemetery. Arrangements by Abernathy Aaron Funeral Home, Crescent. Visitation 1-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
