Jeremy Wade Womack

Born: February 23, 1973
Died: July 15, 2008

Funeral services for Jeremy Wade Womack, 35, of Guthrie, OK were held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, July 17, 2008 at Memory Gardens Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Chris Wilkerson of Living Water Church of Guthrie officiating. Services were under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie.

Jeremy was born on February 23, 1973 in Guthrie to Frank and Arneta (Spears) Womack. He died Tuesday, July 15, 2008 in Edmond, OK.

Jeremy was working as a kitchen helper and loved his dogs. He also liked to fish and hunt, listen to country and western music, and was a big NASCAR fan.

He is survived by his mother, Arneta Womack of Guthrie; one son, Kyler Womack of the home; nine sisters, Debbie Trent and husband Paul of Harrah, OK, Dellene Smedes and husband Mark of Guthrie, Denise O’Hagan and husband Patrick of Choctaw, OK, Denna Lay and husband Zeke of Choctaw, Dana Stout and husband Kenton of Guthrie, Dianna Savage and husband Fred of Yukon, OK, Donella Womack of Oklahoma City, OK, Dee Dee Hightower and husband Scott of Guthrie, and Lori Bauman and husband Jim of Guthrie; two brothers, David Womack and wife Angela of Guthrie and Richard Womack of Oklahoma City; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Jeremy is preceded in death by his father, Frank Womack on April 17, 1992 and one sister-in-law, Mischa Womack.
