Peggy McNew Knight

Peggy Joe McNew Knight, age 69, of Glencoe, Oklahoma, passed from this life on November 13, 2010 in Cushing, Oklahoma.
She was born on April 26, 1941 to Cletis Clay and Rosa Inskeep Clay in LaJunta, Colorado.
Peggy was married to Glen Elton Knight on December 15, 2004 in Chandler, Oklahoma.
She is survived by her husband, Glen; daughters Laura Stokes and husband Tim of Glencoe; Carla Wehr and husband Dennis of Coyle; a brother Patrick Carmichael; sisters Kathy Carmichael, Treava Mann and Judy Karney; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents and grandparents; sons Billy Ray and Charles Edward; and a granddaughter Melody.
Services have been entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home of Perkins, Oklahoma.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 1601 E Pine, Guthrie, Oklahoma with Rev. Mike Dunn presiding.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 16, at Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Perkins, Oklahoma from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
