Toshiko Terhune

Born: November 06, 1928
Died: February 09, 2015

Toshiko Terhune, 86, of Sierra Vista, AZ passed away Monday, February 9, 2015 in Tucson, AZ. Toshiko was born November 6, 1928 in Miura, Japan.

She met Johnnie James (J.J.) Terhune when he served as occupational forces in Japan after the war. She and J.J. married in Japan on July 15, 1955.

They have two children, Kellie Elizabeth Terhune Neely (Matthew Neely) of Tucson, AZ and Terry Charles Terhune (Roxanne) of Indianapolis, IN and two grandchildren, Gregory Allen of Scottsdale, AZ and Joshua James (Natalie) of Indianapolis, IN.

Toshiko was preceded in death by her husband J.J.

She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and the community.

Private family services will be held in Guthrie, OK and interment in Crescent, OK on February 16, 2015. Services are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie, OK.

Memorial contributions may be made in Toshiko's name to TMC Hospice Peppi's House, 2715 N. Wyatt Drive, Tucson AZ 85712.
