Billie Merle Brock
(October 25, 1936 - February 3, 2011)

Billie Merle Brock was born October 25, 1936 in Crescent, Oklahoma to Myrrl and Eda Mae (Monarch) Dodd. She passed away February 3, 2011 at her home in Crescent at the age of 74 years.

Billie Merle was born and raised in Crescent and graduated from Crescent High School. On January 21, 1983 she married Richard Brock in Edmond, Oklahoma. She enjoyed cooking and baking. She loved to pass out Banana Nut Bread to church members and visitors. Billie Merle loved being around her family and friends. She was a member of the Liberty Church in Guthrie.

Survivors include her husband, Richard of the home; one daughter, Lacinda Gregory of Oklahoma City; one son, Jerry Gregory of Shidler, OK; one brother, Clarence Dodd of Shattuck, OK; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Terri Lynn Gregory.

Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at the Liberty Church in Guthrie with Pastor David Nelson officiating. Burial will follow in the Crescent Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Abernathy Aaron Funeral Home in Crescent.
