Dorothy Baker
(August 9, 1923 - March 2, 2013)
Dorothy Walker Baker passed away on March 2, 2013. She was born August 9, 1923 in Willow Oklahoma to Lula Pearl (West) and Ephrin Walker.
She was married for 68 years to Roy Baker and was blessed with two sons. Dorothy worked for several years as a Business Manager for Porter Producing Company in Oklahoma City before retiring to Crescent
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Crescent for 28 years. She was also active in several social and civic groups in Crescent.
She is survived by her husband, Roy of the home; Son Darell, his wife Debra and their daughter Amanda of Piedmont; Son Damon, his wife Mallory, and their children Jordon, Roy and Roxanne of Tulsa.
Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday, March 7, 2013 at the First United Methodist Church in Crescent with Rev. Alan Nagel and Rev. Roger Pitt officiating. Burial will follow in the Crescent Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Abernathy Aaron Funeral Home in Crescent.
