Charles Harold Sharp, Charlie, was born May 31, 1954 to Harold and Lola (Armstrong) Sharp. He passed away March 10, 2022 in Edmond at the age of 67.
Following high school, Charlie enlisted in the United States Army where he served until August 1977. He didn’t talk much about his military days but was proud of his service. He worked with the union operating heavy machinery until he retired. Charlie also raised cattle on the side.
Charlie was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Lola; wife, Tracy (Engle) Sharp; brother, Billy Gene Sharp; and his niece, Candy Privett. Survivors include his brother, Jackie Sharp and his wife Cammie of Wellston; daughters, Darlena Moore of Luther, Charissia Bell of Norman; grandchildren, Caylee, Landon, Skylar, Misty More, Grady Moore, Jennifer Bartel, Brittany McCoy; niece, LeeAnn Sharp; along with other family and friends.
A funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2022 in the Lehman Funeral Home Chapel with interment following in the Wellston Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
