Mickie Dillon Murray was born March 22, 1991, in Cushing to Mickie Don Murray and Virginia Wilson. He passed away November 21, 2025, at his home in Chandler at the age of thirty-four.
Mickie grew up in the Perkins area where he attended school graduating with the Perkins class of 2010. He was a good man with a huge heart. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, spending time outdoors, fishing and starting abnormally large fires. Mickie was a great storyteller who loved his nieces and nephews. He will be remembered for having a love for large women even if he would not admit it.
Mickie was preceded in death by his father, Mickie Don Murray; brothers, Dalton Murray, Adam Sharpton; grandparents, Jack and Carol Murray, Leon and Ada Wilson; and his niece, Natalie Sharpton. Survivors include his mother, Virginia Wilson; siblings, Tyler Sharpton and wife Kimberly of Carney, Briar Murray and wife Nicole of Norman, Tanner Lane of the home, Billy Tollerson of the home, Taylor Lane of Walters, Bailey Theroux and husband Matt of Carney; along with nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at the Tryon Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
