Anna Fern Williams, long-time Chandler, Oklahoma, resident was born in Vilonia, Arkansas, on September 28, 1934, and departed this life November 3, 2017, at her home in Chandler, at the age of 83 years.
Anna Fern was the daughter of Arthur and Mary (Tucker) Collins. She married Leonard Lee Williams on May 14, 1955, in Chandler. Anna Fern was a loving mother and grandmother, she enjoyed sewing, crocheting, reading, doing crossword puzzles, and fishing. She loved cooking and spending time with her family.
Her parents, one son Stephen, and brothers, Ronald, John, Bill, and Arthur, preceded Anna Fern in death.
Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Leonard; two sons and daughter-in-law, Michael and Carol Williams of Chandler, and Andy Williams of Chandler; three daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Jo and Charles Miller of Chandler, Debra and Rick Hightower of Davenport, Oklahoma, and Vickie Williams of Chandler; one brother, Tom Collins of Janesville, Wisconsin; three sisters, Dee Soderstrom of Chandler, Frieda Bales of Davenport, and Pat Brewer of Chandler; 11 grandchildren, Chris, Chad, Justin, Josh, Jason, Michael, Lacrisha, Nicholas, Amber, Wyatt, and Jonathon, 17 great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
A graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, November 6, 2017, at Star Valley Cemetery in Chandler with Rev. Mike Mitchell officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, Oklahoma.
