Cynthia Joy (Ramseyer) Standlee of Meeker, Oklahoma, passed away on January 26, 2021 at the age of 62. Cynthia was born on February 26, 1958 in Prague, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Frank Carl and Phyllis Ruth (O'Brien) Ramseyer. Cynthia grew up in and around the Meeker area. She was a 1976 graduate of Meeker High School. Shortly after high school, she married her high school sweetheart, Darrell Lynn Standlee on October 23, 1976. The couple made their home in Meeker, where they had three children. In November of 1982, the couple succesfully built their family business, Darrell Standlee Construction.
Cynthia was a skilled seemstress and cook. She enjoyed making things for her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed tending to her garden. She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She never missed a ballgame or event that the kids were involved in. She was a member of Meeker United Methodist Church.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her Granny, Glenna Clarkson; her aunt, Marjorie Salwaechter and her father-in-law, Clifford Standlee.
She is survived by her parents; her loving husband of 44 years, Darrell Lynn Standlee; one daughter, Jennifer Standlee-Daniels and her husband Jack; two sons, Aaron Standlee and Daniel Standlee and his wife Kelly; eight grandchildren, Caden Luke Darrell Standlee, Elle Izabella Lauren Standlee, Jaxon Asher Auther Daniels, Hudson Lee Axel Daniels, Cooper Guy Daniel Standlee, Max Henry Standlee, Fisher Ford Standlee and Mason Cole Standlee; one sister, Jill Tipton and her husband Marty; one brother, Scott Ramseyer and his wife Kim; her mother-in-law, Elvesta Standlee and host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A funeral Service is scheduled for 2:00 PM on Monday, February 1, 2021 at 2:00 PM located at Immanuel Baptist Church in Shawnee Oklahoma. A graveside service will immediately follow at Rossville Cemetery in Meeker, Oklahoma. The family will accept guest from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Sunday, January 31, 2021 at Parks Brothers Funeral Service of Prague.
