June 14, 1946 ~ June 6, 2021

Lynn Francis Drury, 74 passed away peacefully in his home in Shawnee, Ok on Sunday June 6, 2021. Lynn succumbed to the lung disease Pulmonary Fibrosis. He was born in Olustee, Ok on June 14, 1946. His wife Carol Drury preceded him in death in 1992, as well as his parents, Linvel Bartlett Drury, Irma Francis Drury and his brother Earl Drury.

He is survived by his children Disa Drury, Greg Drury and wife Jami, and Brian Drury. His sister and brother-in-law Lynelle and James Hodge of Moore. He also leaves behind grandsons Jaden Drury, Tyler Lusk, and Marcus Groh, nieces and nephews Tammy Mayfield, Russell Drury and wife Teresa, Kenny Drury, Celeah Caldwell and husband Trae, Ashley Lee and husband Cavett, Jill Tate and Sonny Wilkinson.

Lynn was a man of faith and was passionate about both his family and career. He always sought a new challenge to conquer. The accomplishments he was most proud of were, Dean's honor roll at OU as a music major, building exceptional high school bands at Stroud and Drumright, rising to the rank of Warrant Officer First Class/ commander and conductor of the 145th Army band in the National Guard, being chosen from a pool of 6,000 troops to become one of an elite 12 member Oklahoma Army National Guard Match Rifle Team, and co-founding Crown Three Corp with his wife Carol. Upon selling the company to Regal Crown he agreed to stay with them as Regional Sales manager for which his region was top sales in the company yearly.

He always said that his children were his greatest achievement. We take comfort in knowing how thrilled he is to now be with mom again for eternity.
