Linda Fern Allen was born on March 30, 1947, in Prague, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Saturday, December 31, 2016, in Ada, Oklahoma, at the age of 69.
Linda, the daughter of John Wesley and Audrey Samantha (Doyle) Lee, was a resident of Paden. Linda marriedCharles O. Allen in August 1967 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Linda loved to draw and excelled at anything related to arts and crafts. She enjoyed making wreaths, watching Golden Girls and Jimmy Swaggert. But more than anything, she loved her time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Linda's parents, husband, brothers, Doyle Lee and Gene Lee, sisters, Bobbie Smith, Theo "Speedy" Eastep, Palmer Cooper and Clara Fay White, brother-in-law Ivan Allen, and a step daughter, Evelyn Darlene Anderson preceded her in death.
Survivors include her step daughter, Donita Cloud; grandson, Josh Cloud of Wetumka, Gary Joseph Cloud of Wetumka, Jason Curtis Allen of Prague, Justin Richard Anderson of Paden; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jimmy and Juanita Lee of Prague, John and Geneva Lee of Paden Dean and Cheryl Lee of Paden, Bill and Josie Lee of Paden; sisters, Martha Hause of Paden Charlie Mae and Claude Hutchinson of Oklahoma City; great grandchildren, Aubrey Smith, Evelyn Dawn Anderson and Charlie Allen; sister-in-law, Shirley Grammal of Stroud.
The Allen family will receive friends on Monday, January 2, 2017 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Parks Brothers Funeral Home in Prague.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at 2:00 PM, at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague with Tommy Eastep officiating. Interment will follow at Prague Cemetery.
