Dorothy Gail "Miller" Crary was born November 16, 1949 in Agra to George Miller and Dorothy Stevens. She passed away June 1, 2024 in Guthrie at the age of 74.
Gail was raised in Arkansas, Indiana, and Oklahoma. She married Donald Gene Hale on December 31, 1965 and to this union 3 daughters were born, Teresa Dawn Hale Butler and husband Mike Butler of Carney, Kimberly Denise Hale of Carney, and Amy Melissa Hale and Kyle Alford of Carney. Gale divorced Donnie in 1984.
Gail was baptized in the General Assembly and Church of the First Born on July 19, 1974. She loved to read, crochet, cross stitch, genealogy, and help grandchildren with school projects.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy and George; middle daughter, Kim; sisters, Addie and Judy; half-sisters, Jackie, Traci, and Barbara.
Survivors include her daughters, Teresa and husband Mike Butler, Amy and husband Kyle Alford, siblings, Janis Ball of Agra, Billie Miller of Silverdale, Washington, brother, George Miller of Shawnee; grandchildren, Lauren Hali and Matthew, Alex, Katy, Shae and J.R., Kylie and Tristan, Sadie, Max; great-grandchildren, Kaitlin, Sawyer, Kimberlynn, Finnlee, Kaden, Violet, Jesslyn, Kayson, Kryson; along with other family and friends.
crary-d-gA graveside service was held at 11:00 am Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at the Parkland Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
