Lois Ann Pirkle was born March 16, 1935, in Agra, Oklahoma, and departed this life March 15, 2017, in Cushing, Oklahoma, at the age of 81 years.
Lois was the daughter of Ora and Altha (Spurgeon) Camren. She worked in housekeeping at Oklahoma State University for many years,
Her parents, and one sister and one brother preceded Lois in death.
Survivors include, one son, Sherman Wright of Chandler, Oklahoma; two daughters, Janet Henson of Walsenburg, CO., and Rita Poston of Mulberry, Tennessee; four brothers, Gene Camren of Grand Junction, Colorado, O.P. Camren of Agra, Jimmy Camren of Agra and Bobby Camren of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; two sisters, Marietta Watkins of Agra, and Helen Brown of Tryon, Oklahoma; eleven grandchildren, numerous great, and great-great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM, Saturday, March 18, 2017, at the First Baptist Church, Agra, Oklahoma, with Rev. Roger Shaw officiating. Burial will follow at Osage Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, Oklahoma.
