Lois Elizabeth Pierce was born on February 21, 1924 in Yale, Oklahoma to James Daniel and Elzina (Brownen) Langwell. She passed away on January 2, 2018 in Chandler, Oklahoma at the age of 93.

Lois grew up as 1 of 11 children in Yale and Bethany, Oklahoma. She enjoyed gardening and fishing.

Lois is preceded in death by her parents; (9) siblings, Russell, Dan, Grace, Jean, Opal, John Paul, James, Buck and Al. Survivors include her husband of 66 years, Leslie Pierce of the home; children, David Pierce and his wife, Jane of Chandler, Leslie Pierce, Jr. and his wife, Darlene of Oregon; daughters, Tasha Scott and Charity Whitehead; (4) grandchildren; brother, Calvin Langwell and his wife Joanie of California, along with other family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 6, 2018 in the Lehman Funeral Home chapel with interment following in the Oak Park Cemetery in Chandler. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
