She will be deeply missed by relatives, friends, and family.

Frances was the daughter of the late Eleanor Cynthia Manak and Edgar Thomas Bledsoe. She was the loving sister to Joe C. Bledsoe. Frances was born in Pasadena, California on October 2,1943, and was raised in Carmichael, California; then lived in Fruita, Colorado; Helena, Montana and Placerville, California for a number of years before relocating to her home in Yreka, California. She lived many years in El Dorado County in northern California where she raised her 3 sons.

Later in life she moved to her forever home of Siskiyou County. Frances spent over 10 years working with senior citizens recreation programs in El Dorado County while building a better community for all. She was a devout and long-time Christian, known for her faith, love of her family, horses, gardening, cooking, baking, and walking. She was a devout mother who would assist her sons with preparations for long hunts.

Throughout her life she maintained an unassuming and welcoming manner that won the hearts of many. God gifted Frances with an easy-going demeanor and generosity of heart. For those who were blessed to know her and be part of her life, she will be deeply missed. A life well lived, but gone too soon and a legacy that will not be seen again in our lifetime. We love you and you will live forever in our hearts.
