OATHER JACKSON WARREN JR.
1945 - 2011


Oather Jackson "Jim" Warren Jr., was born on October 11, 1945, in Clifton Forge, Virginia, and departed this life on Thursday, October 27, 2011, surrounded by his family at his home in Sparks, Oklahoma, at the age of 66.
Jim, the son of Oather Jackson, Sr., and Iris F. Holland Warren, was a resident of Sparks.
He married Sandra Lynn Cannoles on March 4, 1967 in Dundalk, Maryland.
Jim served his country in the Air National Guard and was a foreman at Lucent Technology.
He was a member of the Church of Christ in Prague and loved to fish, hunt and bowl.
His parents and one grandchild preceded Jim in death.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra Warren of the home; son, Oather "Jay" J. Warren III, of Sparks; daughter and son-in-law, Robin and Michael Hatfield of Mountain Home, Idaho, brothers and sisters-in-law, Gary and Marilyn Warren of Baltimore, Maryland, Mick and Donna Weir of Snowflake, Arizona, sisters and brothers-in-law, Teresa and Larry Steele of Baltimore, Maryland, Lisa and Tom Ortowski of Houston, Texas, four grandchildren, one great grandchild and numerous friends.
The Warren family will receive friends at Parks Brothers Funeral Home on Friday evening, October 28, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2011 at 2:00 p.m., at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague with Lonnie Hutton officiating.
Interment will follow at White Dove Cemetery in Sparks.
