Marie Diane Ward was born September 18, 1980, in Oklahoma City to Tony and Margaret O'Brien Ward.She was a member of the St. Michael's Catholic Church in Meeker.She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Edward O'Brien Jr., Bill Ward and Mary and Dave Yerkey; and aunt, Pamela Diane O'Brien.Survivors include her parents, Tony and Margaret Ward of the home; brother and family: Jason, Stephanie and Allison Ward of Sparks; sister and fiancee, Amanda Ward and Robert Ake of Sparks; grandmothers, Dorothy O'Brien and Patsy Ward, both of Sparks; and many other relatives.A prayer vigil will be at 7:00 p.m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Meeker with the Rev. Adrian Vorderlandwehr, O.S.B., officiating.Services will be 5:00 p.m. Saturday at St. Michael's Catholic Church with the Rev. Lewis Vander Ley officiating.Burial will follow at the family farm near Sparks.Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
