Florene Mae Robinson Walker, long-time Sparks, Oklahoma resident was born on January 30, 1934, in Sparks, Oklahoma and departed this life Sunday, October 27, 2013, at her home in Sparks, at the age of 79 years.Florene was the daughter of George and Clara Morris Robinson.She married James Walker on February 11, 1952.Florene was a homemaker and a member of Faith Believers Church.Her parents, one sister, and six brothers, preceded Florene in death.Survivors include her husband, James of the home, one son and daughter-in-law, Rev. Ron and Linda Walker of Sparks, two daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy and Tom Park of Meeker, Oklahoma and Joyce and Dale Fowble of Chandler, Oklahoma, one brother, Jack Robinson of Kendrick, Oklahoma and one sister, Inaze Wilson of Davenport, Oklahoma, six grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 29, 2013, at the Faith Believers Church in Sparks, with Rev. Ronald Walker officiating.Burial will follow at Sparks Cemetery.Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
