WALLACE EUGENE WAGES
1936 - 2004


Wallace Eugene "Gene" Wages, Stroud, Oklahoma, resident, was born on April 10, 1936 in Kendrick, Oklahoma, and departed this life on February 21, 2004, at his residence in Stroud, Oklahoma, at the age of 67 years.
Gene was the son of Jess and Opal Thomas Estep.
He married Phyllis Ann Lockhart on May 18, 1957 in Bristow, Oklahoma.
Gene was a retired oil field worker.
His parents preceded Gene in death.
Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Phyllis Ann Wages of the home; three sons, Bret Eugene Wages of Depew, Oklahoma, Brad Wages of Sarasota, Florida and Thad Kiley Wages of Stroud, Oklahoma; one brothers, Kenney Estep of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; one brother and sister-in-law, Donnie and Billie Kay Jones of Cleveland, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren, Cori and April Wages of Bristow, Oklahoma, Seth and Angie Wages of Milfay, Oklahoma, Derek and Zack Wages of Depew, Oklahoma and Kiley Wages of Stroud, Oklahoma; one great-grandchild, Baylen Austin Wages of Milfay, Oklahoma; four nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
