ISAIAH MATTHEW SMITH
2012 - 2012


Isaiah Matthew Smith, infant son of Jim and Brittani Smith passed away on October 18, 2012, in Oklahoma City.
He is survived by his parents, one brother and sister, Jeremy and Jozlyn Smith of the home and grandparents, Howard and Patricia Smith of Wellston, Oklahoma and Kelly and Beth Galbraith of Chandler, Oklahoma.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 23, 2012, at Oak Park Cemetery, Chandler with Rev. Burl Mackey officiating.
Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, Oklahoma.
