Bearl “Mike” Sitton, 59, of Chandler, Oklahoma departed this life on September 2, 2012 with his family by his side.He was born November 9, 1952 in Chandler to Bearl and Goldie Sitton.He graduated from Chandler High School in 1971 and married his high school sweetheart, Jane, on June 7, 1971 where they began their life together in Chandler raising four children.Mike worked as a dairy farmer and truck driver throughout his life.He was preceded in death by his wife, Jane; son Mickey; and both parents and grandparents.He is survived by his daughter, Michelle and her husband Rick Remkus of Oklahoma City; son, Jeff and wife Michelle Sitton of Wellston; son, Rickey and Keila Sitton of Chandler; brother and sister-in-law Dave and Ann Sitton of Chandler; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jim and Linda Douglas, and Janet and Mike Gregg, both of Chandler; in-laws, Marion and Linda Milburn of Tecumseh; sister and brothers-in-law, Joan and Joe Albarado of Carencro, Louisiana; and Fred Milburn of Carencro, Louisiana; four grandchildren, Jacob and Katie Anderson, Abbi and Andy Sitton; and many more relatives and a host of friends.Funeral services will be held on Thursday September 6 at the Lehman Funeral Home Chapel in Wellston with Rev. Les Hastings officiating.Interment will follow at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Chandler.Arrangements were under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
