WILLIAM C. ROBERTSON
1930 - 2014


William C. "Bill" Robertson was born in Davenport, Oklahoma on March 3, 1930 and departed this life in Stroud, Oklahoma on Sunday, March 23, 2014 at the age of 84 years.
Bill was the son of Edward C. and Celeste Betremieux Robertson.
He was a resident of Stroud and Davenport all of his life.
He graduated from Davenport High School in 1948.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Stroud and owned/operated Robertson Oil Company.
He married Betty Barker in Clovis, New Mexico on May 14, 1955.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother; his wife, Betty of the home.
Survivors include one son and daughter in law, R. E. "Bob" & Hatsumi Robertson of Tulsa; one brother and sister in law, Bob and Jeannine Robertson of Rockwall, Texas; one sister and brother in law, Geraldine and Jack Duff of Ft. Worth, Texas; four grandchildren: Gary Robertson, Cande Baker, Robert "Rob" Robertson, and Jason Robertson; four Great grandchildren; as well as other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held at the First Baptist Church in Stroud, Oklahoma on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Mike Mitchell officiating.
Burial will be in the Davenport Cemetery, Davenport, Oklahoma under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
