1944 - 2015
Evelyn Marie Sanders Robertson was born in Welling, Oklahoma on February 14, 1944 and departed this life in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at age of 71 years.Evelyn was the daughter of Fred and Dovie Bledsaw Sanders.She was a Stroud resident since 1993 and lived in Depew, Oklahoma for 28 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Depew, Oklahoma and worked as a Cook for Depew School System. She owned an antique store in Stroud and loved to buy and sell antiques.Evelyn married Carl Robertson in Welling, Oklahoma on March 29, 1962.She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.Survivors include her husband, Carl of the home, one son and& daughter in law, Glen and Lisa Robertson of Stroud, two daughters and son in law, LaDonna and David Czarnecki of Lewisville, Texas, Letha Robertson of Kendrick, three brothers, Roger Sanders of Tulsa, Ples Sanders of Skiatook and Quilla Sanders of Owasso, two sisters, Ruby Conner of Cushing and Ethel Chisum of Cushing, four grandchildren, Lacrisha Dudley, Kristen Mayberry, Marshall Robertson and Brittany Collado, six great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.Funeral service will be held at the First Baptist Church in Depew on Friday, September 18, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. John Hall officiating.Burial will follow in the Stroud Cemetery under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud, Oklahoma.
