Coeta Faye Stephens Robertson, 72, of Cushing, passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at her residence.Coeta was born on January 12, 1939 in Carney, Oklahoma to Isaac Newton and Celia Clois Thronesbery Stephens.She was a housekeeper at OSU for a number of years.She was married to Edward Robertson on June 6, 1987, he passed away this past September.Coeta loved playing music, crocheting, camping at the lake, going to the Moose Lodge and shopping on Bargain World.Survivors include her children, Donna Haydock of Chandler, Oklahoma; Stacy Isca and husband Billy of Valdez, Alaska; Kim Hughes and husband Don of Carney, Oklahoma; Tracey Lockaby and husband Mark of Coffeyville, Kansas; Ricky Robertson and wife Rebecca of Cushing, Oklahoma; fourteen grandchildren, Jason, Ashley, Angel, Kyle, Brandi, Tiffany, Tenisha, Travis, Kara, Dailey, Heather, Haley, LeAnna and J.T.; a host of great grandchildren; brothers and sisters; Arlene Story and husband Corbett of Shawnee, Oklahoma; Don Stephens and wife Ethel of California; twin sister Laveta Shackelford of Stillwater, Oklahoma; Bob Stephens and wife Jerri of Cushing, Oklahoma; June Osborn of Stillwater, Oklahoma; Colleen McBride of Carney, Oklahoma; and Kathy Beshears of Stillwater, Oklahoma; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.She was also preceded in death by her parents, sister Vivian, brother Eural Eugene and one great granddaughter.Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Palmer Marler Funeral Home, Cushing, Oklahoma.Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 5, 2011 in the Moose Lodge 301 S. Perkins Road, Stillwater, Oklahoma with Judy Anderson speaking and Rev. Kevin Green, officiating.
