BASIMA REYNOLDS
1937 - 2014


Basima Reynolds, Meeker, Oklahoma resident was born on February 28, 1937, in Lawton, Oklahoma, and departed this life on July 24, 2014, in Shawnee, Oklahoma, at the age of 77 years.
She was the daughter of Luther and Minnie York Reynolds.
Basima married R. D. Reynolds on January 24, 1956, in Wichita Falls, Texas.
She was a homemaker.
Her parents, one son, two brothers, and one great-great granddaughter preceded Basima in death.
Survivors include her husband of fifty-eight years, R. D. of the home, two sons, Rickey Don Reynolds of Shawnee, Oklahoma and Roger Dale Reynolds of Shawnee; one daughter, Deloris Ann Reynolds of Shawnee; two brothers, Copeland Reynolds of Chandler, Oklahoma and Robert Reynolds of Wichita, Kansas; seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 28, 2014, at Family of Faith Church in Shawnee, Oklahoma, with Dr. Sam Matthews officiating.
Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery in Meeker.
Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
