1936 - 2012
Betty Louise "Scrappy" Ellison Moses was born May 10, 1936, in Prague and died Wednesday, May 30, 2012, in Prague at the page of 76 years.She was the daughter of Barry and Lola Shrieves Ellison and married Rayborn Moses on July 1, 1954.Betty graduated from Prague Public Schools in 1954 and she was a retired florist and hairdresser.Preceding her in death were her parents and one brother, Donald B. Ellison.Survivors include her husband, Rayborn of the home, her daughters and son-in-laws, Raelene and Danny Swink, and Rhonda and Rick Reno, all of Prague; her son, Rick Moses, of Oklahoma City, six grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.She is also survived by her brothers and sisters and their spouses, Gene and Joyce Ellison, Maxine Dukes and Ray and Sharon Ellison, all of Prague, Wayne Ellison of Houston, Texas, Barbara Holland and Wayne and Linda Wilson, all of Shawnee, Oklahoma, and Archie and Connie Wiatrek of San Antonio, Texas, as well as other family members.Funeral services were held on Monday, June 4, 2012, at First Baptist Church in Prague with Bro. Tim Emmons officiating.Burial followed at Prague Cemetery under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.Published June 7, 2012.
