1955 - 2016
Tony Roger Moore was born September 25, 1955 in Holdenville to Ted Sneed and Edna Alene Woodruff. He passed away September 9, 2016 in Oklahoma City at the age of 60.Tony grew up in Oklahoma City and Wellston where he graduated from high school in 1974. He was a pitcher for the Wellston High School Baseball Team.He proudly served his country in the United States Army and later worked for Tinker AFB as a Quality Control Inspector until his retirement. He spent time as a bronc rider and coached his children in little league baseball. Tony enjoyed riding his motorcycle with friends and family. He was a great carpenter and mechanic but most of all, loved his children and grandchildren.Tony was preceded in death by his fathers, Ted Sneed and Lamon Creston Moore.He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Moore of the home, children, Ty Moore and wife Manda of Shawnee, Torie Wooster and husband Kyle of El Reno, Tacie Goodson and husband Terry of Yukon, Jared Moore of Oklahoma City, Jacob Moore and wife Kim of Midwest City, Felicia and husband Tim Garnand of Oklahoma City, Michael Figard and wife Ashley of Oklahoma City, J. J. Gould and wife Deborah of Oklahoma City, twenty one grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, mother, Edna Alene Sneed of Meeker, siblings, Brenda Anderson and fiancé Jimmy Bordwine, Donna Brice, Darla Sellers, Teddy Sneed, Cheryl Hunt, Charlie Sneed, Kirk Sneed, Liveeta Bohanan, Kim Wagner and Darren Hunt, along with many other family and friends.A funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 13, 2016 in the Wellston High School Gymnasium with interment following at 4:00 p.m. in the Calvin Cemetery in Calvin, Oklahoma.Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
