Jorge Ezra Meyers, 36, of Agra, passed from this life on Saturday, September 8, 2012.Beloved son and brother, Jorge was born on July 25, 1976 to Michael and Debbie Meyers in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.He was raised and educated in the area, graduating from Agra High School with the class of 1994. Jorge was valedictorian of his eighth grade class and was co-valedictorian of the senior class of 1994.An intelligent man, Jorge worked as in information technology with Stillwater Designs {Kicker} in Stillwater for 10 years.His light burned bright and he will be remembered for his smile and enthusiasm. He enjoyed country living and had a warm nature.In his spare time, Jorge was an avid amateur radio tech, and even competed in ham radio competitions. He also enjoyed collecting coins and was known for buying and selling precious metals like gold and silver.Jorge leaves behind a legacy in his family, parents, Michael and Debbie of Agra, brother, Billy Meyers and wife Jessica of Fairfax, Virginia, grandparents, Nova Meyers of Cushing, Daisy Ulrich of Stillwater and Hershel Coomer of Shawnee; uncles, Michael Coomer and wife Beth of Glencoe, Keith Coomer of Alburquerque, New Mexico, Jeff Meyers and wife Charlotte of Fairview and Brad Meyers of Cushing; as well as many other cousins, family, and friends.Services are under the direction of Palmer Marler Funeral Home and will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2012 at the Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00 p.m.In lieu of flowers, donations to help with medical expenses may be sent to Palmer Marler Funeral Home, 5106 N Washington, Stillwater, Oklahoma 74075.Friends may leave condolences for the family via an online guestbook available at www.pmcfh.com or on www.facebook.com/pmcfh.
