STROUD McMILLEN
1910 - 1910

"Stroud, the four and one half months old baby of Mr. and Mrs. Henry McMillen, died July 3, at 4:00 a.m.
The remains were laid to rest in the Stroud Cemetery at 4:00 p.m. the same day, since the heartbroken parents could not do that sad service amid a din of a noisy Fourth. Tiny buds plucked that the Angels are transplanted into the garden of the Holy City.
We miss them, torn from our hearts. It is hard to spare them, but Heaven is sweeter by the throng of little ones. Not a child is lost, "Of such is the Kingdom."
All the people of Stroud and Avery extends sympathy to our esteemed citizens in this their sad hour."
