THEDA JUNE MARTIN
1953 - 2013


Theda June Martin was born January 2, 1953 in Randlett, Oklahoma to W. P. and Vida Thelma Lovette Martin.
She passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2013 in Oklahoma City at the age of 60.
Theda was the youngest of thirteen children. She had been a longtime resident of Carney since 1972.
She spent many of her years caring for her parents.
Theda was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by eight sisters; Martha Smith of Burkburnett, Texas; Reida Martinez of El Paso, Texas; Neida Jimenez of Eastland, Texas; Thelma Wilson of Carney, Oklahoma; Ocie Chaney of Dardanelle, Arkansas; Johnnie Green of Wichita Falls, Texas; Alene Kindrick of Midwest City, Oklahoma; and Adell Clonts of Licking, Missouri; four brothers; Richard Martin of Leesburg, Florida; James E. Martin of Carney, Oklahoma; Charles Martin of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and Billy Martin of Carney, Oklahoma.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at the First Assembly of God Church in Carney with interment following in the Carney Cemetery.
Arrangements were under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
