1947 - 2014


Joyce J. Jepsen Marsh was born on February 22, 1947, in Prague, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Wednesday, July 30, 2014, in Shawnee, Oklahoma, at the age of 67.
Joyce, the daughter of George Truman and Lloydell Oplinger Jepsen Jr., was a resident of Shawnee.
She was a retired office manager.
Her parents and nephew, Kyle Martin, preceded Joyce in death.
Survivors include her daughter, Jennifer E. Baird of Shawnee; father of her daughter, Phillip Marsh of Prague; granddaughter, Samantha Baird of Shawnee; brother and sister-in-law, George and Diane Jepsen, III of Shawnee; sister and brother-in-law, Jane and Alan Martin of Prague; nephew, Jason Martin and his wife, Stephania and their children, Taylor and Conner; niece, Rhiannon Jepsen and her daughter, Corrian Jepsen; other family and friends.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at Prague Cemetery in Prague with Father Adrian Vorderlandwehr, OSB officiating.
Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
