ANNA W. MEYER KLUCK
1918 - 2006


Anna W. Meyer Kluck, lifelong resident of the Cushing area, passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2006 in the Linwood Village Nursing home at the age of 88 years.
The daughter of the late Otto J. Meyer and Emma M. Ewen Meyer, Anna was born on September 17, 1918 in Avery, Oklahoma where she was also reared and educated.
She was united in marriage to Ernest F. Kluck, Jr. on August 12, 1944 in Avery. Ernest preceded her in death on July 17, 1978.
Anna was a longtime member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church where she was very involved within the church, teaching Sunday school and Bible school and was a true Christian role model always having something positive to say.
She was a Charter member of the Dorcas Society.
She enjoyed babysitting, embroidery and was well known for her beautiful quilt work.
Survivors include her sister Wilhelmina Howard and sister-in-law Lillian Meyer, both of Cushing; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, George Meyer and Henry Meyer and one sister, Marie Oestmann.
Services will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. in the Immanuel Lutheran Church with Pastor Bryan Dziadik Willingham officiating.
Burial will follow in the Church Yard Cemetery.
