Kevin Dale Hodge was born on November 20, 2012 at 3:21 a.m. and entered into rest November 20, 2012 at 9:45 p.m. in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.Kevin, the son of Steven Hodge and Deanna Maddox, was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Carl Schmeusser of Prague.Survivors include his parents, Steven Hodge of Edmond and Deanna Maddox of Cushing, grandparents, Rhonda Smith and Sonny Moore of Sparks, Stacy Wilson of Shawnee, Pat and Sandra Patterson of Cushing and David Maddox of Wellston, great-grandmother, Alberta Grimes-Schmeusser of Prague, twin brother, Keith Lee Hodge, who is currently in the NICU at Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City and many aunts, uncles, cousins and other family and friends.Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 26, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Prague with Mike Mitchell officiating.Interment will follow at Prague Cemetery in Prague.
