PAUL HARRISON
1920 - 2000
Paul Harrison died Friday in Shawnee. He was 80.
He was born May 30, 1920, in Miami, Oklahoma, the son of Ben and Lillie Mills Harrison.
He married Bernice Robertson on March 30, 1954, in Bristow.
He was a longtime resident of Chandler.
He served his country during World War II in the U.S. Army.
He was as a farmer.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Bernice; one son, David and one brother.
Survivors include four daughters, Glenda Newton of Chandler; Brenda Foster of Carney; Pam Lindsey of Chandler and Paulette Harrison of Chandler; two brothers, Ben Harrison Jr. of California; and Leroy Harrison of Sapulpa; four sisters, Geraldean Brace of Washington; Lenora Meyers of California; Wynonna Dowdy of Yukon; and Shirley Harrison of Texas; ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and other relatives and many friends.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Parkland Cemetery, Parkland with the Rev. Louis Wright officiating.
Burial will follow in the Parkland Cemetery under the direction of the Parks Brothers Funeral Home, Chandler.
